Real Estate: 10% down day of sale. Balance with deed in 30 days or less.10% buyers premium will be added to the final bid to determine final sale price.

Taxes prorated to date of deed.

 

Personal Property: Cash or good check with proper identification on all personal property. 10% buyers premium will be added to the final bid to determine the final sale price. Tax exempt certificate must be provided at registration otherwise 6% sales tax will be added.

 

Property Conditions: This property is being sold “AS IS” and “WHERE IS” with no warranties, guarantees representations of any kind expressed or implied by auctioneers, realtors or any family members. Anyone wishing to conduct a lead-based paint inspection on the property must complete the inspection on the property during the10-day inspection period preceding the auction or otherwise waive the right to conduct a risk assessment or inspection for the presence of lead-based paint and/or lead-based paint hazards. All buyers will be required to sign a waiver of the 10-day post sale inspection.
