Kenneth E. Watts  has been in the Auction & Real Estate business for 52 years, serving on numerous committees at LBAR including MLS, and Grievance & Professional Standards. He served on the Kentucky Auctioneers Association for 20-years as Director, Vice President, President-elect, and President, holds a CAI designation from Indiana Universty Bloomington, as well as, GRI designation. Our clients have been law firms, corporations, U.S. Bankruptcy, indivuals, Kentucky State Govenment, Kentucky State Police and Kentucky Prison System. Kenneth has been Auctioneering since 1974. He is a Kentucky Auctioneers Association member and a National Auctioneers Association member. He was the President of the Kentucky Auctioneers Association for 2004-2005. He graduated as a CAI from Indiana University in 1985. He has been serving the KY Auctioneering Association for approximately 20 years, both as President-elect and President,  Vice-President, Director and State Convention Chairman. He is a member of the Lexington-Bluegrass Board of Realtors and has served on the Professional Standards, MLS, and the grievance Committees.
